Managing folders, feeds etc
To do this click on the Manage Subscriptions link at the bottom of the left hand pane:
It will take you to a page listing all your subscriptions.
Click on a tab at the top called Folders and Tags:

Here you can unsubscribe to feeds, rename them to something shorter or more memorable, change the folders they sit in, etc. Experiment.
To go back to Google Reader, click on the link at the top:
